• Odds for accumulator (parlay) bets are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection. If an event within an accumulator is cancelled, the odds are recalculated excluding that selection.

Vip44 reserves the right to limit individual bets on certain events or markets, without prior justification, as a risk management measure.

A vip44 is not required to keep any promotion active indefinitely and may end or modify offers with prior notice through the platform's official channels.

A vip44 believes that betting should be a form of entertainment. Responsible gambling is not just a contractual clause — it is a genuine commitment by the platform to every user's well-being.

Control tools available to all users:

• Deposit limit: set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for your account.
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per period. Once the limit is reached, new deposits are automatically blocked.
• Session limit: set a maximum daily limit for continuous platform use.
• Temporary self-exclusion: suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

• Law No. 8,078/1990 (Consumer Protection Code)

• Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014)

The courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue to resolve any disputes arising from these terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
